Hi all . I haven't been on my computer lately or indeed, at home. I

have been running from one bomb shelter to another trying to give people a

little bit of hope and remind them to keep smiling while their houses

were being destroyed by enemy missiles. This was a voyage of discovery

for me during which I learned many things about myself, some of which I

would have preferred not to know. I am completely inadequate as a

spiritual teacher. Most of the time I was left without words. People were

thirsty for something to hang on to or for a reason to live and I

couldn't deliver the goods. It's easy to be clever or to find some wise

quotes from some dead philosopher or another when times are relatively good

but to really know what to say when people need it is a little more

difficult. I am not putting myself down. It is just painful to realize

that you are not prepared to fulfill the job that you have cut out for

yourself when you are called upon to do it. It is even more painful when

people are depending on you to do it and you have no answers to give

them. I now have a lot of learning to do. I want to thank everyone for

your support.

For some reason I can't access the GR site, so please send a message in

my name that I'm OK and that I haven't forgotten who my true friends

are.

I will always be here for all of you even if I sometimes find it

difficult to get back to my computer.
