Spicy Shrimp Soup
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
- 2 c milk or half & half
- 1.5 c salsa - your favorite brand and heat - I like a medium chipotle salsa
- 1 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
How to make it
- Combine the soup, milk and salsa
- Heat until hot - you can add more milk if too thick
- Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp is tender.
- Serve with a crusty bread.
- Quick and simple for when you don't have the time to cook from scratch.
