Ingredients
- 12 oz.. Egg Noodles
- 1 stick butter melted
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 large apple unpeeled cored and chopped
- 3/4 cup seedless golden raisins
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tb. Lemon Juice
- 1/8 tsp. cinnimon
- Preheat oven to 350
- Use greased pan 13x9x2 inch
Directions
- Cook and drain noodles according to PKg. Directions
- In a large bowl toss Noodles with Butter
- Stir in eggs, fruits sugar,lemon juice and cinnimon
- Spoon into prepared pan
- Cover with Foil
- Bake 50 minutes and remove foil
- Bake for 10 minutes more
- Untill lightly browned
