My aunt brought this to a family gathering yesterday & it was THE hit of the party! We all devoured it like people who hadn't seen fresh fruit in months. Ah, January in New England!

I might try the "cream cheese" fruit dip instead of the lemon curd the *second* time I make this...lol. Mix 1 8oz pkg cream cheese with about 1/2 cup powdered sugar and about 1tsp of lemon juice.
Enjoy!

Not only does this sound delicious, but it also sounds like it would be a very pretty presentation as well with the different colored fruits, colorful sauce, and curd mixture. I hope to make this one when we next have company - great idea, and yes, fresh fruit in the winter months of the midwest would be a big hit, too! And what a great summer bbq appetizer. Thank you for sharing this...Krum
