Ingredients

2 1/4 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1/2 tsp baking soda

3/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg

1 cup (2 sticks) butter

3 tbsp cinnamon

1 cup powdered sugar

3 tbsp milk

1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and 1 tsp cinnamon

Blend in the vanilla, egg and butter until dough forms

Pour the 3 tbsp cinnamon onto cookie sheet

Take about 1 tbsp dough and roll into 5 inch tube

Dip one side of the dough roll into the cinnamon on the cookie sheet

Twist roll up into a cinnamon bun like figure

Place on separate cookie sheet

Bake 7-10 minutes

Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to create icing.

Drizzle icing over cookies as desired
