Banana Honey And Cinnamon Smoothie
- 1 chopped banana
- ½ cup natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- ½ cup milk
- large pinch of ground cinnamon
How to make it
- Add all the ingredients (except the honey) into your smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
- Next add the honey and give it a quick whizz to blend the honey in (by doing this way it prevents the honey from clogging and gathering around the blade).
- Pour into glass and sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired, then enjoy!
