Vanilla goodness on waffles and pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
Directions
- Cook sugar, milk and butter to 220 degrees F.
- Let bubble until medium thick.
- Off heat, stir in vanilla.
- Serve hot with waffles or pancakes.
