Ingredients

1 can - (15.5 oz) large butterbeans, undrained

1 can - (14.5 oz) Italian cut green beans, undrained

1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, undrained

1 can (15 oz) sliced or diced potatoes, undrained

1 can (14.5 oz) can sliced carrots, undrained

1 can (15 oz) garden peas, undrained

1 teaspoon hot sauce or 1/4 cup salsa of your choice

1 pound lean ground beef or turkey (turkey for us)

1 can beef broth (14.5 oz)

1 large onion, chopped

2 cans (14.5oz) diced tomatoes

1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed tomato soup

salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Brown the ground beef or turkey in a large pot over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

Stir in onion and cook for 5 minutes until tender

Drain off fat

Add broth, tomatoes, corn, potatoes, butterbeans, carrots, green beans, peas, soup, salt & pepper and hot sauce.

Stir and reduce heat to low

Cover and simmer 20 - 30 minutes or until heated through
