Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 3 Chicken Breasts(from chickens raised on free range),boned and cubed
  • 3/4 Pound Mushrooms,Fresh,sliced
  • 8 Green Onions,chopped
  • 2 Cup Be'chamel Sauce(to follow)
  • 8 Scallops,halved
  • 3 Lobster Tails,cut in pieces
  • 20 Shrimp,cleaned
  • 1/2 Pound Sweet Crab Meat
  • 1/2 Cup Good Brandy

Directions
  1. Melt butter,saute' chicken for about 18 minutesremove and set aside.
  2. Add mushrooms and onions,cook slitely,remove.
  3. To the Be'chamel Sauce sace,add the scallops,lobster and prawns~in the order given,~cooking~each about 5 minutes for each ~Time about 20 minutes.
  4. Add crab ,cooked chicken,and mushroom,onion mixture.
  5. Heat.
  6. ~When you are ready to serve,add the brandy.~

I love seafood anything - this sounds rich and full of flavor...the brandy would adds a new taste...thanks!


This would certainly be a hit with my friends and family. I could make ether a side of rice or one of my twice baked potatoes to go with that Be'chamel Sauce.
Now I am hungry this is high on the Yum factor!
