- 1/4 Cup butter shopping list
- 3 chicken breasts(from chickens raised on free range),boned and cubed shopping list
- 3/4 Pound mushrooms,Fresh,sliced shopping list
- 8 green onions,chopped shopping list
- 2 Cup Be'chamel Sauce(to follow) shopping list
- 8 scallops,halved shopping list
- 3 lobster tails,cut in pieces shopping list
- 20 shrimp,cleaned shopping list
- 1/2 Pound Sweet crab Meat shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Good brandy shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter,saute' chicken for about 18 minutes remove and set aside.
- Add mushrooms and onions,cook slitely,remove.
- To the Be'chamel Sauce sace,add the scallops,lobster and prawns~in the order given,~cooking~each about 5 minutes for each ~Time about 20 minutes.
- Add crab ,cooked chicken,and mushroom,onion mixture.
- Heat.
- When you are ready to serve,add the brandy.
