Ingredients

1/4 Cup Butter

3 Chicken Breasts(from chickens raised on free range),boned and cubed

3/4 Pound Mushrooms,Fresh,sliced

8 Green Onions,chopped

2 Cup Be'chamel Sauce(to follow)

8 Scallops,halved

3 Lobster Tails,cut in pieces

20 Shrimp,cleaned

1/2 Pound Sweet Crab Meat

1/2 Cup Good Brandy

Directions

Melt butter,saute' chicken for about 18 minutesremove and set aside.

Add mushrooms and onions,cook slitely,remove.

To the Be'chamel Sauce sace,add the scallops,lobster and prawns~in the order given,~cooking~each about 5 minutes for each ~Time about 20 minutes.

Add crab ,cooked chicken,and mushroom,onion mixture.

Heat.

~When you are ready to serve,add the brandy.~
