Ingredients

1 Nice Bunch Celery(clean and de~string)

1 Avocado

3 Tablespoons Cream Cheese

1 Banana, (not overly ripe,but yet,have the flavor)

1 Tablespoons Sugar

1 Lemon,Jucie,there of

Pinch of salt

4 Tablespoons Nuts,chopped, (I like walnuts,or dried roasted sunflower seeds)

Paprika, (only for a splash of color on the white filling)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients(except the paprika)

Place inside the celery cavity.

Sprinkle with the Paprika Powder.

Cut into serving lengths.

~Note the banana gives a nice compliment,but will not be identified~
