Mange Tout

The Mange tout / snap peas are crisp, sweet, and succulent , always served in salads and it's very high in vitamins .... tried a diffrent version from the usual salad one .....
Ingredients
- 1 small box tender snap peas / if matured - must be stringed ( the membranous string running along the top of the pod from base to tip is removed ) shopping list
- 1 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 2 onion-cheese sausage - chunks shopping list
- Pinch of seasoning .... shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oil .
- Gently stir-fry the snap peas for less than a min on high heat ... avoid overcooking the pods , as it will make them come apart ...
- Add the sausage chunks and the seasoning ..
- Serve .....
