Baltimore Hash

- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 small diced white onion shopping list
- 28 ounce can diced tomatoes with juice shopping list
- 1 cup diced carrots shopping list
- 1 cup diced celery shopping list
- 1 cup potatoes peeled and cubed shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink then drain well.
- Add tomatoes, carrots, celery and potatoes then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat then cover and simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
