How to make it

  • In a skillet cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink then drain well.
  • Add tomatoes, carrots, celery and potatoes then bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat then cover and simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
