Hollywood Cheesecake

Everyone at work insist that I bring this to pot luck lunches.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 3 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 2 large (16 oz.) cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c. sugar, divided shopping list
- 2 large (1/2 c.) eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 16 oz. sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- For crust: Mix together graham crackers and butter or margarine and press into bottom only of 9 x 9 x 2" pan
- Filling: Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and beat until smooth - about 5 minutes.
- Pout into graham cracker crust.
- Bake 20 min. at 375
- Remove from oven and cool for 15 min.
- Top with
- Topping: Stir together the sour cream, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla until blended.
- Top with filling and bake 10 min. at 475.
- Cool completely
