Everyone at work insist that I bring this to pot luck lunches.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 large (16 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar, divided
  • 2 large (1/2 c.) eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions
  1. For crust: Mix together graham crackers and butter or margarine and press into bottom only of 9 x 9 x 2" pan
  2. Filling: Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and beat until smooth - about 5 minutes.
  3. Pout into graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake 20 min. at 375
  5. Remove from oven and cool for 15 min.
  6. Top with
  7. Topping: Stir together the sour cream, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla until blended.
  8. Top with filling and bake 10 min. at 475.
  9. Cool completely
