Apple Sausage Cheddar Quiche
- 2 cups day old French bread
- 3 link sausages precooked and cut in 1/4" slices
- 1 granny smith apple peeled and chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
How to make it
- Tear bread into 1” inch pieces then cover bottom of quiche dish with bread pieces.
- Add sausage and apple then whisk eggs and milk together and pour over bread mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes then cool 10 minutes before slicing.
