Jamaican Sweetpotato Recipe

How to make it

  • Grill: chicken with seasoning
  • Bake: sweet potato until done approx 45 min to hour
  • Mix : scallion,red pepper ,corn( cold or warm) what ever suits you. I have even added a bit of jalapeno pepper to kick it up. relish and cilantro mix to cover , touch of lemon.
  • Open sweet potato and add inside upon serving the chicken and veggies
  • drizzle with honey.
