Ingredients
  • 2 JALAPENOS
  • 1/2 ROMA TOMATO
  • 1 C WATER
  • 1 TBS GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 TBS ONION POWDER
  • 4 AVOCADOS
  • 1 C CHOPPED CILANTRO
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • (IT IS MUCH EASIER TO MAKE THIS IF YOU HAVE A FOOD PROCESSOR OR YOU MAY USE A BLENDER)

Directions
  1. IN A POT ADD WATER, JALAPENOS & TOMATO. BOIL UNTIL JALAPENOS SOFT. DO NOT DISCARD WATER. LET ALL OF THIS COOL.
  2. DE VEIN JALAPENOS ADD THEM INTO PROCESSOR OR BLENDER ALONG WITH TOMATO, CILANTRO, GARLIC/ONION POWDER. PUREE.
  3. SCOOP OUT AVOCADO FROM SHELL & ADD TO PUREE, ADD WATER THAT YOU HAVE USED TO BOIL TOMATO & JALAPENO UNTIL IT IS A SOUPY CONSISTENCY IS REACHED. POUR INTO A BOWL & ADD SALT TO TASTE
