Ultimate American Cheeseburger Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs

1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef

1 cup crushed potato chips

1 cup sweet pickle relish

6 slices American cheese cut into quarters

12 miniature dinner rolls

Directions

Preheat grill.

Mix ketchup, breadcrumbs and ground beef then form into 12 miniature patties.

Grill over medium heat 8 minutes.

While burgers are cooking combined potato chips and relish.

Top each cooked burger with two tablespoons potato chip relish mixture.

Place 2 quarters sliced cheese on top then serve on mini rolls with desired condiments.
