Beef Stew With Orange Fall Vegetables

- 1 lbs beef stew meat
- 3 cups butternut squash cut into chunks
- 1 ½ cup of baby carrots
- 1 large sweet potato cut into chunks
- 1 small sweet onion cut into large chunks
- 1 (10 oz) can 98% fat few cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can beef broth (about 14 oz)
- Dash of pepper
- 6 oz Whole Wheat small pasta or barley
How to make it
- Add all the ingredients, except the pasta, in a crock-pot with 1 can (the mushroom soup size) of water. Cook on low for about 7-8 hours.
- About ½ hour before you want t serve add the uncooked pasta.
