Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely chopped fresh baby spinach
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon juice

Directions
  1. In the bottom of each bowl, place the spinach and lemon juice.
  2. Cover with hot chicken broth made with finely chopped yellow onions.
