Hi Momo and FANTASTIC recipe!!! I make Tabouleh all the time and your recipe is spot on! You mentioned draining the bulgur but I squeeze any remaining water out by hand. That method was taught to me by a dear friend and it helps to keep the salad from being too wet. I LOVE your recipe and it's perfect all the way!!! HIGH 5!!!

K, so I'm from Houston, which is like the mecca of food. Seriously, the street I live off of has every fast chain you could ever name, plus 6 or 7 sushi bars and just as many Chinese restaurants, I Chicago Pizzeria, Indian cuisine, Filipino family style kitchen, New York Pizzeria, 3 Vietnamese noodle houses, a famous Thai corner, 3 Tex-Mex places, several authentic Mexican restaurants, a Cajun kitchen, a Philly cheese steak shop, and Panaderia (that's not even a 3 mile radius). There is a China town, Korean District, Hong Kong market... but the problem is, with so many competing markets, its impossible to get to know every kind of food in the area. I saw a co worker eating tabouleh the other day and as like... "What is it?" Now I know :-). Thank you thank you thank you!
