Smoked Ham And Pineapple Salsa Roll-Ups
- 1/4 cup well-drained crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup chunky salsa
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons BBQ sauce
- 4 (8") flour tortillas
- 16 slices deli ham
How to make it
- Combine pineapple and salsa.
- Mix mayonnaise and BBQ sauce.
- Spread onto tortillas to within a 1/4" on edges.
- Top with ham and pineapple.
- Cut each tortilla crosswise into 4 pieces.
- Secure with toothpicks and serve.
