Very very quick and very tasty!Served in small bowls :)

Ingredients
  • FOR 12 SMALL BOWLS:
  • 1kg mascarpone cheese
  • 10 eggs
  • 1-2 cups of grated dark chocolate
  • 1 bottle amaretto
  • 14 bisquits
  • 7-8 tablespoon of sugar

Directions
  1. Seperrate the egg whites from the yolks and put them itno seperate bowls
  2. whip the whites with a mixer untill they swell up and go snow white
  3. In the bowl with yolks put the mascarpone cheese and sugar whip the ingredients with a mixer until they become a gentle cream.
  4. add the meringue and whip again.
  5. put the bisquits on the bottom of a big bowl and pour them with amaretto
  6. on the top of the bisquits put the cream we've made before grate the chocolate and powdered it on the top.
  7. put it to the frigde before ripping it off! ENJOY!
