Ingredients
  • 1 Pork Leg (hind or front)
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 3/4 cup Ketchup
  • 3/4 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • Bay Leaves

Directions
  1. Clean the Pork Leg
  2. Put it in a caserole,big enough to put in the pork leg together with th liquids.
  3. Put in Ketchup,Pineapple Juice, Soy Sauce, Onions, and Bay Leaves.
  4. Bring it to a boil until the Leg is soft,pick it with a fork to know if its done.
  5. Dont forget to turn the Leg on the other side to prevent it from burning or to prevent the Pork Leg skin sticking to the caserole.
  6. Keep on adding water until the pork leg is done.you can add ketchup or pineapple juice according to your desire.
  7. Serve it together with steam rice.
