Ingredients

1 head of cabbage

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

1 medium green pepper, diced

salt and pepper, for seasoning

8 eggs, scrambled

vegetable oil

Directions

Boil the cabbage till it gets tender than drain.Add vegetable oil (Don't add to much than it won't cook throughly) to fry the cabbage till it gets golden brown.Cabbage is an side dish.

Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper and season with salt and pepper.Than drain the excess fat.

Add eggs to the meat mixture and scramble till eggs are well scrambled
