So I made this cake last night and had a great time. I didn't use Meyer lemons but I did use some from a friends tree. This cake is great. Eating the rind took a few bites to get used to but toward the end of my slice I wanted more. I cooked mine in a cast iron skillet and it cooked evenly and popped right out. I did have to extend the cooking time by 10 minutes but I turned the oven down to 325'. Thank you for the great recipe!!
