Ingredients

2 cans pink salmon (make sure to take out the bones that's in the middle or where ever they may be in the salmon)

2 packages crackers, crushes

2 eggs

vegetable oil

Directions

1.In an medium mixing bowl combine salmon, crackers and eggs.

2.Make them as 8 hamburger patties.

3.In an skillet add vegetable oil (don't use a hole lot of oil because they won't cook right and be too greasy) and add the patties and fry till it gets golden brown on both sides.
