Garbanzo Nuts

- Non-stick cooking spray shopping list
- 540g canned chickpeas, drained, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels shopping list
- 1/2 - 1 tsp coarse sea salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or to taste) shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375F. Coat 2 metal cookie sheets with cooking spray.
- Toss chickpeas, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a bowl, spread in one even layer between the two sheets.
- Lightly mist again with cooking spray.
- Roast 25 minutes, then rotate pans, shaking to redistribute beans.
- Return to oven and roast a further 15 minutes, until crunchy and bronzed.
- Store in an airtight container, but no longer than a couple days.
