This is an recipe that I learned from my aunt by marriage.Oneday when she made this that she made it with some thing and I can't remember what it was with.

Ingredients
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups all purpose flor
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Directions
  1. Heat 8 cups of water and 1 teaspoon salt in an pan and bring it to a boil.
  2. In an medium mixing bowl mix all the other ingredients until it gets doughie.
  3. Drop dough by teaspoons into the boiling water.Cook uncovered stirring occasionally every 10 minutes to cook.Spoon out the dumplings to an bowl.Drain dumplings till thet are chewy.Not fluffy and tender as in american.
