Ingredients

1 head lettace, chopped

1 medium onion, diced

1 pound long horn cheddar cheese, slice and cut

1 can peas, drain the juice

miracle whip or mayo to taste

Directions

In an large bowl combine lettace, onion, cheese and pease.Shake well.

When you are ready to have the salad add as much Miracle Whip or Mayo to taste.

When you get done with the salad itself.Make sure not to add the Miracle Whip or mayo till last.If you add it that it'll get soggy.When you are ready for the salad.Add as much to it as you want.
