Beef And Veal Salisbury Steak
- 2 pounds lean ground veal
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
- Cooking oil
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans sliced mushrooms drained
- 2 cups milk
How to make it
- Mix veal, beef and old bay together them form into thick patties.
- Heat oil in skillet and brown patties on both sides then drain any fat from the pan.
- Mix soup, mushrooms and milk then pour over patties and cover and simmer gently 30 minutes.
