Ingredients
  • 1 pint lemon sorbet
  • 2 cups Prosecco -- (Italian sparkling wine)
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Directions
  1. Scoop the sorbet into 6 wine glasses or dessert bowls. Pour 1/3 cup Prosecco into each glass; garnish with mint.
