Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, peeled, and thinly sliced

2/3 cup cider vinegar

1/3 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions

Place cucumbers in a large glass bowl or stainless steel bowl

I prefer glass

In a small bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper

Blend

Pour over the cucumber slices, stirring gently

Cover and chill for 1-2 hours
