Strawberry-filled Cupcakes Recipe

Strawberries

storebought cupcakes - flavor of choice

or cupcake batter - flavor of choice

frosting - flavor of choice

Directions

Method 1

Cut and remove a strawberry (coned) shaped portion of cupcake from the top of each cupcake, leaving about 1/2 to 1-inch of cake in the bottom. Stuff each cupcake with a strawberry and cover with a little bit of cake. Spoon and spread icing over the top of the cupcakes.

Method 2:

Prepare your fave cupcake batter. Pour an even amount into each cupcake well of cupcake baking tins, filling about 3/4 of the way. Place a whole strawberry, point side down in the middle of each cupcake, & bake.
