Crispy Hamoor

- 750 g Hamoor fish fillet shopping list
- 2 lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tbsp coriander shopping list
- ½ tsp turmeric shopping list
- 1 mashed garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 tsp tandoori masala (you can use mix spice and red pepper) shopping list
- oil shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tbsp minced fresh mint shopping list
- ½ tsp tandoori masala shopping list
- ¾ cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 3 tbsp cornflower shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the lemon juice, coriander, turmeric, mashed garlic cloves and tandoori masala. Wash the Hamoor fillet and cut it into fingers (2 by 10 cm) then marinade by the mixture and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Beat the egg then add the fresh mint.
- Mix the tandoori masala, bread crumbs and cornflower.
- Dip each piece of the Hamoor in the egg then in the bread then fry in hot oil till it takes brown colour.
- Put it in the serving plate and garnish.
