the Catskill Mountains are not too far from my home... and the bread there is great... I hope this turns out as good...
Ingredients
- 1 c water shopping list
- 1 tb vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 tb honey shopping list
- 1 ts salt shopping list
- 1 tb caraway seeds shopping list
- 1 c rye flour shopping list
- 1 3/4 c bread flour shopping list
- 3 tb dry milk;nonfat shopping list
- 1 tb yeast;active dry shopping list
- 4 tb gluten shopping list
How to make it
- Use the "standard" or "white bread" mode of your bread machine
- Makes great sandwiches and is delicious toasted.
