Ingredients

1 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 thinly sliced fresh basil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

1 pound salmon fillet, skinned and chopped

1 egg white

3/4 - 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

cooking spray and a couple dots of real butter

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except cooking spray and butter.Forn into small patties.Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.Coat with cooking spray and a dot with butter.Add salmon and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
