Pomegranate And Prosecco

A great summer drink I found in my recipe box...Think I got it off the net
Ingredients
- 2 cups, plus 3 tbls. pomegranate juice, chilled and divided shopping list
- 12 red seedless grapes shopping list
- 12 green seedless grapes shopping list
- 3 tbls. sugar shopping list
- 8 mint leaves shopping list
- 1-750 bottle Prosecco, chilled shopping list
How to make it
- Pour 3 tbls. pomegranate juice into mixing bowl
- Add grapes and toss to cover
- Put sugar in mixing
- Add grapes and roll to coat
- On 8 toothpicks, add 3 red and 3 green grapes alternately
- Add a mint leaf to the end of grapes on toothpick
- Pour remaining pomegranate juice into 8 champagne flutes
- Fill each glass with Prosecco
- Set grapes being careful not to knock off sugar coating over each glass

Nummy! Hmmmm, wonder how the grapes would taste frozen in the drink? Or, maybe I thought of it cause it's about 100 deg out today. LOL. Sounds cool & refreshing.
