Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pour 3 tbls. pomegranate juice into mixing bowl
  • Add grapes and toss to cover
  • Put sugar in mixing
  • Add grapes and roll to coat
  • On 8 toothpicks, add 3 red and 3 green grapes alternately
  • Add a mint leaf to the end of grapes on toothpick
  • Pour remaining pomegranate juice into 8 champagne flutes
  • Fill each glass with Prosecco
  • Set grapes being careful not to knock off sugar coating over each glass

    Nummy! Hmmmm, wonder how the grapes would taste frozen in the drink? Or, maybe I thought of it cause it's about 100 deg out today. LOL. Sounds cool & refreshing.
