Found this recipe on Kimberly Dell's Blog on myspace and thought that it looked good.

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup shorting
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions
  1. Cook flour and milkover low heat, stirring constantly, until thickend. Remove from heat and let cool.Beat together all other ingredients. Beat in cooled flour mixture until creamy.
  2. ***This cake that you see was topped with crushed candybars and hot fudge.

I've had something similar. It was very good. You don't even know the flour is in there. it that powered sugar or granular sugar?
