This is an recipe from Joyce Raye Patterson's place in Saint Joseph, Missouri and I know that I don't have all the ingredients.So if you have the rest of the ingredients please feel free to add it in my Suggest An Alteration.I would be happy.

Ingredients
  • 5 pounds ground beef
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Combine beef, eggs, onions, bread crumbs, and about 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper.Add enough milk to make it moist andshapeable.Makes 20 big patties.Brown on both sides and place in roaster 3-4 patties deep.Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over meat.Bake for 1 hour at 325 F.

I don't have any suggestions, but Joyce must feed 12 kids, 5 lbs of ground beef?! That's a lot of food!
