Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 ounces crab meat, fresh or frozen, cooked and flaked
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry

Directions
  1. Cook and drain spinach.
  2. Saute onion in butter.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
  4. Serve in a chafing dish with onion crackers or thinly sliced baguettes.

I thought...crabgrass?...and almost didn't check it out. Thank God I have the good sense to ALWAYS check out your recipes, my dear. Obviously, Grizzlybear AND his lady know crab! Wish I could give it more than a 5, hon.
