Bears crabgrass

- 1 package frozen chopped spinach shopping list
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 8 ounces crab meat, fresh or frozen, cooked and flaked shopping list
- 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry sherry shopping list
How to make it
- Cook and drain spinach.
- Saute onion in butter.
- Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
- Serve in a chafing dish with onion crackers or thinly sliced baguettes.

I thought...crabgrass?...and almost didn't check it out. Thank God I have the good sense to ALWAYS check out your recipes, my dear. Obviously, Grizzlybear AND his lady know crab! Wish I could give it more than a 5, hon.
