How to make it

  • Begin by heating oil in a pan
  • while oil is heating, slice tortillas in to sixths and make seasoning.
  • combine dry ingreadints in a bowl and set aside
  • fry totillas in batches. i do about 6-8 pieces at a time.
  • fry until a light golden brown and crispy.
  • remove from oil and drain on paper towels or a brown paper bag
  • sprinkle seasoning on top.
  • enjoy!
  • note - this will make more seasoning than you will need to use, but season to taste. any remaining seasoning you can store for future use. this entire recipe can be easily increased for larger amounts.
