Ingredients

2 cloves garlic minced

1/4 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon paprika

1-1/2 teaspoons cumin

1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon coriander

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons water

4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 medium limes cut in wedges

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

Place all ingredients except chicken and lime in bowl of food processor and process into paste.

Place chicken in large baking pan and spread with paste then cover and bake 45 minutes.

Serve with lime wedges as a garnish.
