I found this recipe in Highland Harvest Book Two Cookbook Compiled by Highland PRIDE

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 cup club soda
- 5 cups Bisquit mix
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.Combine all the ingredients.Knead by hand until smooth.Flour your hands and pat the dough flat to 3/4 inch thickness and punch out biscuits with a biscuit cutter.Bake on a greased baking sheet for 12 minutes or until golden brown.Makes 18 biscuits.
