Chicken Livers Recipe
I used to watch my mom make this. I used too not like these at all till like a few years or so ago.So here's my version on it

Ingredients
  • 1 container chicken livers
  • flour
  • salt & pepper
  • oil

Directions
  1. Wash the livers in cold to warm water.
  2. In an bowl add enough flour to roll the chicken livers in.
  3. In a skillet pour enough (not an hole lot but like 1/2 inch) oil and let it get hot.Than add the livers to the hot oil.Season with salt and pepper.Fry on both sides till they are golden brown on both sides.
  4. In a bowl or plate add paper towls into the bowl or onto a plate.When livers are done add the livers into the bowl or onto a plate.

Yep, That Is All There Is To It. Nothing Like Fresh Fried Chicken Livers w/ A Little Hot Sauce On The Side.


I'm not a big fan of Chicken Liver but my hubby loves them. Especially those from Churchs Fried Chicken. I like the grizzards myself.


That's the way mom did hers.Mom sure did love these things.
