Ingredients

1 small ripe apricot

1 t. blood orange bitters

1/4 t. bar or superfine sugar (or to taste)

3 oz Gentleman Jack Tennessee Whiskey

Splash of spring water or sparking spring water

Directions

Remove pit from apricot and cut in half. In a whiskey glass, muddle apricot with bitters and sugar. Pour in whiskey and add a splash of still or sparking spring water.
