Ingredients
  • 1 Lb Ground beef Lean. No fat to clean up
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 can stewed tomatos
  • 1 to 1 1/2 Tb spoons Oregano
  • 1 Tb spoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tb spoon Tyme
  • Salt and pepper to tast
  • Tomato past .

Directions
  1. Brown your Lean Ground Beef. Lean means (no fat) to remove with a papper towl. Perfect!!! Now add your choped onions stire then add your stewed Tomatos then all the spice. Oregano tyme garlic powder salt pepper. Tast the souce. If to mutch spice add extra tomato past. You will need to add the tomato post but if to spicy for your tast then add more past. The past will cut down the spice tast. I love the spice. Mix wll add about 1/2 cup water to mix well. Enjoy and change and add to make it fite your tast. c
