As I was searching in my head on tryen to remember the things for this & I still remember the things that my Grandma taught my mom how to make.I can't get over on how I can still remember how to make it.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pork roast
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 to 6 celery, diced
  • 6 medium potatoes, slice
  • 1 can carrots, drain juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder

Directions
  1. Add every thing to the crock pot.Let it cook for 8 hours or when ever you are ready for it.
