I had people asken me on how I make my pork chops & here's the way I do mine.

Ingredients
  • pork chops
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Directions
  1. In a bowl add enough flour.
  2. Wash the pork chops.By washing the chops that it'll take any of the blood off from it.
  3. In a frying pan cover the skillet with vegetable oil and let the oil get hot.In the bowl of flour add the chops and flip it and when coated with flour on both sides.Add the pork chops to the hot skillet and season with salt and pepper.Let it get golden brown on both sides.
