I came upon this recipe out of an cookbook and sure does look good.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350o.In a big bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.One by one, add the butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.Mix every thing well.Spoon the mixture into cupcake pan lined with paper cups.Bake for 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
