Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon shorting
  • 3 cups Power Cookie Mix
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 cups M&M brand chocolate candies

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375o F.
  2. Pick up the shorting with a piece of plastic wrap or wax paper and rub it on the cookie sheet.
  3. Place the Powder Cookie Mix in a medium bowl.Set aside.
  4. Mix dark brown sugar, egg, water, and vanilla extract together in a small bowl.
  5. Add the suggar-egg mixture to the Powder Cookie Mix and stir just until well blended.
  6. Fold M&M into Power Cookie Mix.
  7. Drop the cookie batter by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 375o for about 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.After 5 minutes, switch cookie pan position in oven for even baking.
  9. Using oven mitts, remove the cookie sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool for about 5 minutes.
  10. Remove the cookies with a spatula.
